Residential and Office Building on Strandzha Str., Sofia
The residential and office building has a modern and elegant design and is situated in the heart of Sofia. It was built by Geotechmin using high-quality materials and excellent construction and assembly techniques. The company obtained a Certificate of Habitation in 2005.
The building consists of 9 offices, 17 apartments, an underground car park for more than 30 vehicles. It was awarded first prize for preliminary design under the section “Architecture of the New Millennium” in the Residential Buildings Category at the first national internet competition ArchIdea 2004.
