Three representatives of GEOTECHMIN GROUP become Board members of the Scientific and Technical Union of Mining, Geology and Metallurgy
Three representatives of GEOTECHMIN GROUP have been elected to the Management Board of the Scientific and Technical Union of Mining, Geology and Metallurgy (STU of MGM). They were appointed at the organisation’s General Meeting held on 6 October 2023. The new Board members are M.Eng. Georgi Petrov, Deputy General Production Director at Ellatzite-Med AD, M.Eng. Yordan Yonov, Executive Director of Geostroy AD and M.Eng. Ivo Marinov, Manager of Explosiveprogress-GTM EOOD, who had been a member of the Union’s Supervisory Board.
The General Meeting of STU of MGM elected 11 new members of the Management Board including the Rector of the University of Mining and Geology “St Ivan Rilski” Prof. PhD Ivaylo Koprev, the Rector of the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy Prof. PhD Senia Terzieva – Zhelyazkova, representatives of the Bulgarian Geological Society, Assarel Medet AD, Kaolin EAD, Mini Maritsa Iztok EAD, and others. A new Supervisory Board was also elected.
Тhe Chairman of the Management Board of STU of MGM is Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Kremena Dedelyanova, the Vice Chairmen are PhD Eng. Vladimir Vutov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Geostroy AD, and M.Eng. Shteryu Shterev.
The President of Geotechmin OOD Prof. DSc. Eng. Tzolo Voutov is the Honorary Chairman of the organization and a member of its Management Board.
