The first own investment project implemented by Geotechmin OOD was Glazne Hotel Complex in the town of Bansko. It was built by the company in 1998. Subsequently, Geostroy AD completely renovated St Ivan Rilski Miner’s Club in the village of Mirkovo (2006), 20th April Complex in the town of Koprivshtitsa (2016), Etropolia Complex in the town of Etropole (2017) and other social impact projects.
As a result of the long-term planning and a well-developed strategy to protect the environment and society, GEOTECHMIN GROUP has undertaken sustainable investment projects for high-tech, green and energy efficient buildings, which have a positive impact on the environment throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring more comfort and safety to the people who live, work or visit them.
In 2021, ProAuto Multifunctional Complex was put into operation. It is located on the Sofia Ring Road near the village of Krivina and has been certified according to BREEAM – 2013 standard with a Very Good rating. The complex accommodates the offices of the investor Geotrading AD and four other companies from GEOTECHMIN GROUP – Geoohrana EOOD, Energeo EOOD, Explosiveprogress -GTM EOOD and ITR Services EOOD.
