Prof. DSc. Eng. Tzolo Voutov received a Badge of Honour for being the biggest individual contributor to the Bulgarian Red Cross
The largest humanitarian organization in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Red Cross, awarded a Badge of Honour for Humanity – Henry Dunant to the President of Geotechmin OOD Prof. DSc. Eng. Tzolo Voutov. The award was presented at a solemn ceremony marking 145 years since the establishment of the Bulgarian Red Cross. The event took place in the building of the National Council of the Bulgarian Red Cross.
Ministries and institutions were distinguished for their active and long-standing support to the organization. Prof. DSc. Eng. Tzolo Voutov was the only individual donor who was awarded for his personal contribution to the organization’s humanitarian causes. For many years, he has been supporting the Bulgarian Red Cross to ensure humanitarian protection and assistance for needy people, victims of disasters and crises not only in Bulgaria, but also abroad. He is a holder of a Gold Medal, Red Cross Honorary Badge for personal contribution, and many other distinctions of the Bulgarian Red Cross.
