Prof. Dsc. Eng. Tzolo Voutov donates a car to provide social services to Mirkovo Municipality
On 27 May 2019 in Sofia, Prof. Dr. Tzolo Voutov donated a car to provide social services to Mirkovo Municipality. It will deliver food to elderly and needy people’s homes within the framework of the municipal projects Providing Warm Lunch in Mirkovo Municipality and Home Social Patronage.
At a special event, the Mayor of Mirkovo Municipality Mrs Tsvetanka Yotina handed a letter of appreciation to Prof. Voutov on behalf of all residents of Mirkovo Municipality. She also thanked him for previous donations including the renovation of the kindergarten in Mirkovo village and many others. ‘Your support today is a contribution to improving both efficiency and quality of social services in the municipality,’ the letter said. In token of remarkable respect, the letter was stamped with the gold seal of Mirkovo Municipality as a unique cultural and historical heritage site. The seal is also used to endorse documents for development of infrastructure and social projects.
‘I am sincerely excited … I have a strong commitment to Mirkovo Municipality. This donation is made with the intent to help elderly people including those who had worked in Ellatzite-Med and GEOTECHMIN GROUP. It marks the beginning of our new charity programme dedicated to supporting socially significant and social causes,’ said Prof. Voutov.
The event was also attended by M.Eng. Dragomir Draganov, PhD Eng. Vladimir Vutov, Dr Ivan Vutov PhD, Mr Dominic Hamers, and Mrs Keti Kirova.
The donation was made within the framework of a new charity programme Bulgarian Virtues which had been initiated by Prof. Tzolo Voutov on 12 December 2018 and supported by Geotechmin OOD, Ellatzite-Med AD, Geostroy AD and Geotrading AD. The programme creators are united by the desire to contribute to socially significant causes in order to help create a better future for Bulgaria, especially in the regions where the companies operate.
