On 6 September 2019, Prof. DSc. Eng. Tzolo Voutov was elected Actual Member (Academician) and Member of the Presidium of the Eurasian Academy of Mining Sciences (EAMS), Kazakhstan. The decision was taken at a joint meeting of EAMS Presidium and its Supreme Academic Council.
‘The election of Prof. DSc. Eng. Tzolo Voutov as Academician and Member of EAMS governing body is a mark of high recognition and appreciation for his accomplishments and contribution to scientific research and development, as well as his role as Vice Chairman of the Balkan Academy of Mining Sciences,’ said Prof. Dr. Slobodan Vujić - Chairman of the Balkan Academy of Mining Sciences. The organization has joined the Eurasian Academy of Mining Sciences whose founders are leading scientists and experts in the mining sectors of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, etc.
