Etropolia Complex in the town of Etropole obtained a Certificate of Commissioning. The multifunctional building with a hotel section, offices and various retail shops is located in the town centre. Etropolia Complex is part of the consistent policy pursued by GEOTECHMIN GROUP for enhancing social-economic development within the regions where it operates.
The Investor of the project is Ellatzite-Med AD and the Contractor is the construction company Geostroy AD.
The official inauguration ceremony of Etropolia Complex will take place in the spring.
