The annual prize of the Bulgarian Chamber of Mining and Geology (BCMG) was awarded to Ellatzite-Med AD for best production results in the Ore Mining sub-sector. The honorary diploma was presented to the executive director of the company Dipl. Eng. Dobri Tzvetkov by the Chairman of BCMG Dr. Eng. Lachezar Tsotsorkov during the national celebration of Miner's Day – August 18, 2013.

Dr. Eng. Tzolo Voutov, in his capacity as Chairman of the Scientific and Technical Union of Mining, Geology and Metallurgy, congratulated everyone working in the mining sector. He laid particular stress on the fact that more than 30,000 employees are directly involved in the Bulgarian mining industry, which underlies the economic and social security of the country. Mining companies continuously invest considerable financial resources in innovative technologies for increasing production efficiency, in regional development and environmental protection. "Our success would be impossible without the support of the state and the cooperation with social partners," said Dr. Eng. Voutov.
