New Orthodox Churches built with volunteer labour

In August 2014, Geostroy AD completed the rough construction of Nativity of Christ Church in Mladost Residential District in Sofia. On the feast day of Dormition of the Mother of God, the church and its rising domes were solemnly consecrated in the presence of the Church Wardens and the Initiative Committee, representatives of Mladost District, donors and local citizens.
The new church is built of reinforced concrete and facades covered with exterior stone cladding. It has a cross-domed architectural composition. Geostroy is the largest private donor.
Yet again in 2014, driven by the desire to support the local community in Druzhba-2 Residential District in Sofia, Geostroy performed construction and assembly works on another Orthodox temple: The Holy Annunciation Church.
