Ellatzite-Med AD, part of GEOTECHMIN GROUP, pursues a consistent social policy to protect its employees’ health and safety and create favourable work environment. The newly-built health centre on the territory of Ellatzite Mine Complex near Etropole is a continuation of this policy.

It is located in a new building and provides the mine employees with additional free-of-charge pre-hospital medical services and dental care, as well as 24/7 emergency care. The centre is equipped with top-of-the-range medical equipment: a defibrillator, a patient monitor, a resuscitation bed, a couch, a pulse oximeter, resuscitation kits and equipment, blood pressure monitors, a vacuum aspirator, an autoclave sterilizer with a system for vacuuming the instruments, ECG devices – a portable monitor and a stationary resuscitation module. The doctors and the dentists accept patients 6 days a week and the emergency medical centre operates 24/7.

By building this modern medical facility, Ellatzite-Med AD follows the highest standards in preserving its employees’ health and ensuring better working conditions. The company gives top priority to preventive safety and health culture, providing quality medical care to its employees at the mine site. What is more, this year another health centre is going to be built in the company’s Flotation Complex near the village of Mirkovo.
