Description of the project:
The wastewater treatment plant is designed to function with a treatment capacity of 470 cubic meters per hour. Its purpose is to purify all phosphorus-containing wastewaters generated by Agropolychim’s production activities. The purification will be carried out through two main technological processes: treatment of wastewaters and treatment of the obtained sludge.
Geotechmin OOD has executed the following buildings and facilities:
- filter press building – precast metal structure with facade cladding panels
- surge tanks
- reactors for neutralization and settling
- reactor for secondary neutralization
- reservoirs for rotating textile filters
- tank for final control
- settling tank
- sludge thickeners
- process pipelines
Type and quantity of completed works:
- excavation works – 45,000 m3
- fill works – 22,000 m3
- formwork – 13,000 m2
- concrete works – 10,000 m3
- reinforcement works – 1,000 tons
- metal structures – 220 tons
