Geotechmin and Ellatzite-Med launched a new initiative “Apple for Health”
In 2014, seven schools from Srednogorie region and the town of Etropole participated in the implementation of the corporate social responsibility programme “Apple for Health”, which was initiated by Ellatzite-Med AD and
Geotechmin OOD.
Various apple saplings including persimmons were planted in the schoolyards. The agronomist Pavel Genkov, head of the Auxiliary Farm at Ellatzite-Med, taught the students how to plant apple saplings and other fruit trees.
