For more than 10 years now, GEOTECHMIN GROUP has been providing an opportunity for Bulgaria’s young talents to do their internship in our companies, gain practical experience and job-ready skills, and stay in Bulgaria. Every year we welcome dozens of young university students from Bulgaria and abroad.

In 2021, 60 interns have gained practical experience in GEOTECHMIN GROUP. They got acquainted with our best practices, the state-of-the-art technologies we have adopted and the exciting projects we are working on.

Since 2009, over 450 young people have joined our internship programmes and more than 25% of them have become full-time employees in the Group’s companies – Geotechmin, Ellatzite-Med, Geostroy, ITR Services, Patstroy-92, and others.
