ITR Services EOOD was established in 2014. The company specializes in construction, maintenance and utilization of computing centres, data storage and processing centres and related services, maintenance of electronic communication networks and providing Internet access, voice services, web services, creating and servicing information networks; design, creation, maintenance and administration of information systems; preparation and design of websites and applications.

• Print optimization for companies. The service includes the following activities: analyses, consultations, activities for the print media, hardware and software integration as well as operations related to installations for optimal print infrastructure.
• Collocation of data storage and processing centres. Establishment and implementation of a migration model for physical and virtual machines on VMware platform, design and establishment of network architecture and communication infrastructure for working with the above-mentioned machines, remote support, providing the necessary software and licenses.
• Deployment of DISPATCH® and ProVision® mine management systems at Ellatzite mine. DISPATCH® is a new, real-time fleet management system for open pit mines, which allows Ellatzite mine to maximize production and efficiency, while increasing safety and control. ProVision® Shovel system is part of DISPATCH® for providing high-precision positioning of shovels and drill rigs and remote supervision of mining operations.
• Implementation of MineSight® planning system. MineSight® is a comprehensive modeling and mine planning software platform, offering integrated solutions for exploration, modeling, design, scheduling and production.
• Implementation of Schrader® TPMS – an advanced tyre pressure monitoring system for sensing tire pressure and temperature in dumpers and other mining vehicles.
• Design, development and implementation of GTMdata 2014 integrated system for planning, management and reporting on mining output according to the quantity and quality of extracted ore.
