Geoproject EOOD was founded in 2005 to assist both the mining and civil construction industries. We deliver a wide range of specialised services covering the entire mine-life cycle from exploration through development and operations, to mine closure. Our areas of expertise also span over road design and re-planning, reconstruction of infrastructure and reclamation of waste disposal.

Originally established as part of GEOTECHMIN GROUP, the company was tasked to serve both the Construction Divisions and Ellatzite-Med AD, but since then it has grown into a global consulting firm with projects across Bulgaria and the world.

SERVICES
Geoproject team can provide consulting services that will add value to any mining or civil project. Our objective is to improve safety while optimising economics and construction efficiencies. We have a proven track record of keeping our projects on time and within budget, and a reputation to apply best practices and standards in our field. Our key areas of expertise include:

• Strategic and tactical mine planning
• Geological and geotechnical surveys and investigations, mineral deposit modeling and resource and reserve estimation
• Preparation of mineral resource estimation and Sign-off Mineral Resource statements in accordance with the international reporting codes CRIRSCO, JORC, CIM, SAMREC, etc.
• Mining Geology for Planning and Optimization
• Identification and investigation of mining project development concepts, technical due diligence
• Open Pit/Underground Mine Design, Planning, and Engineering
• Design and optimisation of ore processing work flowsheets and ore-beneficiation systems
• Designing mine reclamation plans minimizing long-term environmental impacts, and restoring the original self-sustaining ecosystem
• Design and development of waste management facilities including tailings, industrial waste and rock dumps. Our range of services includes geotechnical and seismic assessments, hydrogeological studies, stability analyses and rehabilitation planning
• Integrated water management, quality monitoring and retreatment

Geoproject also prepares designs for residential or administrative buildings and industrial or infrastructure projects.

Geoproject’s experts are registered members of the Bulgarian Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design and have full legal certification. We have “Competent Persons” to facilitate reporting and sign off, in accordance with the CRIRSCO, JORC, CIM, SAMREC, NI 43-101 and other applicable codes.
