The young people gained knowledge of how to plan their carrier development and worked in a real competitive environment on real business cases set by the companies-partners on this project. This year they were PricewaterhouseCoopers, Danone, HP Global Delivery Centre, ING Insurance, AIMS Human Capital, Kraft and Geotechmin OOD – he only permanent partner of AIESEC-Bulgaria in the realization of this event.
The representatives of the corporative sector observed the work of the previously selected students and subsequently assessed their projects. This initiative provokes the innovative and enterprising thinking of the students and helps them acquire the so-called personal skills – good communicational and presentation abilities as well as skills to work in a team.
In order to present GEOTECHMIN’s business prospects and the opportunities for future career in the company, in 2008 we will continue to organize and participate in different initiatives, such as company presentations and meetings with students and experts.
