St Ivan Rilski Miner’s Club is an investment project of Ellatzite-Med AD. It was the first pilot project executed by the newly founded company
Geostroy EAD.

The project includes complete reconstruction of an existing old building and upgrading the additional storey on top of it. The total built-up area of the building is 1,700 m2. The two-storey building consists of a hotel section (10 rooms and 2 suites), a restaurant with a lush green terrace and a conference room.
