Geotechmin OOD honored with the first place in “Top 100” for Human Capital Efficiency
Geotechmin OOD won first place in the category Human Capital Efficiency in this year’s edition of ‘TOP 100 Bulgarian Companies Leading in the Economy’ ranking organized by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI). The annual awards were presented at an official ceremony held on 3 December in Sofia. Geotechmin was awarded a plaque and a certificate which were officially handed out to Mr Dominic Hamers, Executive Director of the company.
More than 6500 companies producing over 85% of the country’s GDP participated in the classification for this year’s awards. The ranking is based on objective data from the financial statements of the companies and analyses on their economic activities. According to the President of BCCI Mr Tsvetan Simeonov, for the first time a combined ranking method was applied using 5 criteria to evaluate the stable and sustainable future of the respective company.
