Apple for Health Initiative
Apple for Health is an initiative undertaken by Geotechmin OOD and Ellatzite-Med AD, which is dedicated to planting apple trees and promoting healthy lifestyles for young people in the municipalities where the companies operate. The initiative was launched in 2014 by planting apple trees across school lands where there had been no apple trees for 30 years. Representatives of the two companies participated as lecturers and donated apples and brochures with healthy eating tips to students from partner schools.
